Returns

We do not accept returns based on product quality, as appreciation of quality is subjective to each individual.

Replacements & Exchanges

Replacements or exchanges are provided strictly for a wrong product delivery or a size mismatch. To initiate a replacement, the customer must courier the item back in brand-new condition with all tags intact within 24 hours of receipt and share tracking details via WhatsApp at 9874683099.

Our team will inspect the condition before approving the replacement.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled via WhatsApp before they are packed at our warehouse. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 days (or 1 day for mobile wallets like PhonePe / Paytm / GPay), subject to a 3% cancellation charge. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own non-refundable return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items over ₹4000.
