Delivery Locations
We deliver to almost all pincodes. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses; please provide a full street address with a valid pin/zip code.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs are not included in individual item prices, allowing you to benefit from combined, reduced shipping rates on additional items. Rates are weight-based (visible on each product page) and rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Shipment & Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we send a WhatsApp alert with your tracking number, courier website link, and expected delivery date. Tracking numbers may take up to 36 business hours to become active. You can also view this on our Order Status updates via WhatsApp.
Address Errors
Customers are fully responsible for any courier penalties arising from incorrect or mismatched addresses / pincodes. If a package needs to be re-shipped due to an address error, the customer must bear the re-shipping charges.
Packing & Delivery Time
All products are polythene-packed and placed securely in corrugated boxes. Orders are shipped via first-class air courier and typically home-delivered within 7–8 working days after dispatch.
